Medical Indemnity Insurance
In compliance with the requirements of the Medical Indemnity Act 2020, the Australian Government Actuary prepares a yearly report covering certain aspects of the Run-Off Cover Scheme for Medical Indemnity Insurers and the Run-Off Cover Scheme for Midwife Professional Indemnity Insurers. These reports are released annually and are based on information to 30 June in the year prior to publication.
